An attorney by
trade from USC Law School, Richard left the practice of law to share his

celebrities, and marketing professionals among others in over 40 countries

largest gathering of CEOs in the world at that time, Richard has been
invited to and has trained

Panama, Venezuela,, Peru, Belgium and throughout The United States.
Richard's uncanny ability

international programs, including CNN, NBC and ABC News, "Nightline", "Good
Morning America", The BBC, and Sky Channel. As one of the very few
Americans to attend Princess Diana's funeral, Richard provided live
commentary from London for NBC and Fox.
As many of
the networks' political speech analyst, Richard covered the 1996 - 2012
Republican and Democratic National Conventions and has analyzed presidential
debates for USA Today.
Richard has also been on

July and August of 2006, Richard himself served as a Judge, the Senior
Judge on the TLC (The Learning Channel) series, "The Messengers",
dedicated to finding America's next great motivational speaker.
Richard shares his work in private sessions,

created and conducted the first ever Virtual Educational Course in the
history of The Young Presidents Organization, (YPO) in 2012. His
passion for sharing his new definition of public speaking and his revolutionary
